Kevin Mancari is a classically trained French chef specializing in poissonnier who honed his culinary expertise under the mentorship of Chef Scott Morozin. He brings a strong foundation in traditional technique which he infuses with a relentless curiosity for science, gastronomy, and culture. His passion for being in the kitchen began at a young age with neighborhood Sunday dinners. He now channeled that enthusiasm into the La Fête culinary experience with his signature combination of time-tested practices and the continuous pursuit of learning and inspiration.
